Hello,

I gave linux lite a try. I thought it was a very nice distro. there didn't seem to be a bug in it whatsoever. very solid, pleasing to the eye, and software was easy to install. there was, however, one thing about it that I didn't like: the scrollbar on the right side is so thin that it is frustrating. I know, unfortunately many distros are using this thin bar as well. I know it's a matter of taste. I prefer the bar to be wide. that thing is used often.

how do I widen the scrollbar on the right side?

thanks. good work on the distro.

I've been noticing this for some time on Linux Lite, which I have installed to my hard drive at home, and I had assumed that I had somehow goofed something up and have just been dealing with this little glitch. Well, I'm at work right now and needed to burn a DVD for a co-worker. Windows DVD Maker wasn't cutting it for me, so I whipped out a live USB I keep with me that has Linux Lite 1.0.4 on it, and XfBurn did the trick without complaining, and my co-worker was so excited to get her photos on a DVD!

Well, there's also a project I'm working on that involves putting together screencasts. Since Kazam kept dropping the audio after only 5 seconds, I ended up simultaneously recording the video with Kazam while recording the audio with Audacity. I went to put them together and installed Openshot on my USB (not a persistent installation, BTW), and I noticed that the order of the Multimedia submenu in the Xfce menu is as follows:

CD/DVD Burner
Audio Mixer
PulseAudio volume Control
VLC Media Player
Openshot Video Editor

Obviously, as you can see, this isn't in alphabetical order, and I want everything to be in alphabetical order -- plus I now know that it was NOT something I screwed up. I know how to manually edit that with alacarte, but that gets VERY annoying having to do that time after time after time anytime I install something new on Linux Lite. Does anyone know what's causing this? After years of being used to seeing other Linux desktops neatly arrange things in the menu in alphabetical order, including Xfce with the exception of Linux Lite, does anyone know how to fix this once and for all so that anytime I add something new, it's automatically in the menu AND in alphabetical order without me having to intervene with alacarte?

Thanx in advance,
